Yes. Every plan includes connecting your own domain, with SSL set up automatically. You can also launch on a free Lintel address first and add your domain later.

Yes — every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method when you sign up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your dashboard.

Each plan includes a monthly total plus a lighter cap that refreshes every 5 hours: 60 builds a month, up to 6 every 5 hours on Standard; 120 a month, up to 12 every 5 hours on Pro; and 100 a month, up to 12 every 5 hours on Frontier. Most people never come close to the limit. There are no credits ticking down as you think — the price you pay is the price you pay.

You can either wait for the next 5-hour window to unlock — with a countdown in your dashboard — or add a top-up and carry on straight away. Top-ups are 25 builds for £19, 60 for £45 or 150 for £110, and top-up builds never expire and roll over month to month.

Any time, from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Yes, within 24 hours of a payment — just email support and we'll refund it in full. After that we don't refund part-periods, but you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.

Yes. Tap the light on the home page, or the microphone in the builder, and describe what you want out loud. Lintel can also read its replies back to you — switch "Voice" on in the builder toolbar. Voice input works in Chrome and Edge; other browsers can still type. Nothing is recorded or stored by us — your browser handles the speech.

Standard and Pro build with Claude Opus 5. Frontier and Studio use Claude Fable 5, our most capable model. Every build and edit uses the full model for your plan — we never quietly swap in a smaller one.

Yes — the builder uses tabs, so you can keep several projects on the go and switch between them. Double-click a tab to rename it.

Yes. Use the attach button in the builder, or paste an image straight into the chat. You can also dictate with the microphone if you'd rather talk than type.

Just tell it what to change — that's the whole point. Retries and edits are part of normal use, and we don't punish you for iterating.

Yes — completely. Your content, your site, your code. You can export it at any time and host it elsewhere. There's no lock-in. See our Ownership & Export policy.

It stays live until the end of your paid period. Export your files before then and you keep everything.
