This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It sets out what you must not do with Lintel, and what happens if you do. It exists to keep customers, visitors to published sites, and the platform itself safe.

Restricted without permission
Some uses need care and may need our written agreement first: adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency offerings, pharmaceuticals, weapons, high-risk financial services, and anything regulated in a way that requires authorisation.
Reporting a problem
If you find a site built with Lintel that breaks this policy, email support@lintelapp.co.uk with the address and what is wrong. We review reports promptly, and urgent cases such as phishing or child safety are treated as priority.
What we do about breaches
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- ask you to fix the problem;
- unpublish or remove the content;
- suspend or close the account;
- report it to the police, the ICO, or other authorities.
For serious or unlawful content we may act immediately and without notice. Where we can, we will tell you what happened and why, and you may appeal by replying to us.
Your own visitors
If you publish a site that lets other people submit content, you are responsible for moderating it and for meeting any legal duties that apply to you as its publisher.
